How we work. Not.

Firstly, the New Business Director will meet with you to secure your budget. Then you'll meet with the MD to welcome you aboard and check your credit rating. Then the MD will introduce you to the Creative Director who you'll not see again unless the brief changes and he throws his toys out of his cot.

He'll then pass your brief on to the Design Director who will, in turn, brief his Senior Designer, Artwork team and Web Designers. They'll come up with individual brief responses. Then the process acts like a reverse filter. You'll receive a short, probably blunt, email from our Creative Director with his interpretation of the team's work. Which you'll be expected to sign off. And pay for.

Sounds fun doesn't it?

You can probably guess that, despite how common the above structure and process is, this is not how we work. Your Moriarti journey has been designed (excuse the pun) to be streamlined, simple and - importantly - enjoyable. Dealing with one primary contact, he / she will know you, your brand and your project inside out, carrying through from brief to completion.
